TRANSPORT ADVISORY: AFTERNOON/EVENING SHUTTLE SERVICE
We have live updates regarding the shuttle service departing from the SIDS4 conference venue parking lot this afternoon and this evening:
Afternoon Departures: Shuttles are currently available to transport delegates back to their accommodation. They will be avaialble at the designated pickup spot at 4 PM and 6 PM today, Monday, May 27th. The shuttles will depart approximately 20 minutes after their stated arrival times.
Evening Departures (Tuesday, May 28th): For your convenience, shuttles will be available at the assembly point at 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, and 6 PM. They will depart around 20 minutes after each scheduled arrival time.

For all delegates and participants relying on the provided transport system for the SIDS4 Conference to reach the American University of Antigua, the venue of the conference, please take strict note of the following pickup times:
Monday, May 27th, 2024
Two pickup times: 6:45 AM and 7:45 AM - Be prompt!
Tuesday, May 28th - Thursday, May 30th Single pickup at 7:45 AM - Don't be late!

The conference venue, the American University of Antigua, is conveniently located less than five minutes away from the VC Bird International Airport.
Ground Transportation Services
Ground transportation will be provided once you get to the airport in Antigua and Barbuda.

Visa Information
Some countries will require an eVisa for travel to Antigua and Barbuda.

Visa Requirements for attending the 4th International Conference on Small Island States
Visa free travel is afforded to the citizens of a number of countries who wish to travel to Antigua and Barbuda for business or pleasure.
Persons travelling to Antigua and Barbuda who are required to have a visa to enter and are in possession of a current US visa or US Permanent Resident card, Canadian Visa or Canadian Permanent Resident card, EU Schengen Visa, UK Visa or UK Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) valid for a minimum of six months may be permitted to proceed with their scheduled trip.
Upon arrival the passenger can present the necessary documents and may obtain a visa on arrival at a cost of US$100.
Citizens of Countries who appear on the list provided that require a visa, but not in possession of a current US visa or US Permanent Resident card, Canadian Visa or Canadian Permanent Resident card, EU Schengen Visa, UK Visa or UK Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) can secure an E-Visa by going here: Visa Application (gov.ag)
